In the wake of the current COVID-19 outbreak, our practice aims to continue providing a high standard of care to our patients in a safe environment.

We generally see patients by phone appointments. We ask patients the reason for thier consultation, travel history, general symptoms and possible contact with COVID-19. The information allows us to provide appropriate advice. It also allows us to prepare beforehand - to wear masks if warranted, to have a room ready for isolation, and to alert the doctor promptly on arrival of the patient.

We will endeavour to minimise waiting times. We keep walk-in patients to a minimum. Our receptionists are trained to triage them quickly and ascertain if they need to be isolated. We will not discriminate against patients. We will try to provide patients with up to date information and refer them for the most appropriate care.

Our Doctors

Easter Villena has been in medical practice since 1988. She completed her training in Paediatrics overseas and has a diploma in Child Health from the Children's Hospital at Westmead. Easter also holds certificates for Women's health (Family Planning Australia) and clinical hypnosis. She speaks fluent Filipino, and is conversant in French.

Kwong Yu Wong has been working as a doctor in Australia for more than 10 years. He is also experienced in all areas of general practice, with special interest in men's health and travel medicine. He is conversant in Cantonese, Mandarin and Filipino.

We are both vocationally registered general practitioners. Our practice is independent of any corporation, making us loyal to our patients rather than shareholders. We emphasise continuity of care and preventative health. We endeavour to provide premium quality health care for our patients and their families.
